Perinatal Distress and Anxiety Class

In this online class we understand that pregnancy and early motherhood are filled with extraordinary joys, accompanied by feelings of distress, anxiety and uncertainty. All emotions that are a natural part of the process. This class is a nurturing and non-judgemental environment where you can freely express your feelings and connect with other mothers who may be experiencing similar challenges. 

Our facilitator, Liora Noy, brings considerable expertise as a parenting educator and lactation consultant, providing unique insights into the emotional aspects of motherhood. She is committed to providing you with practical tools to navigate this challenging time. 

 

Topics explored in this class:  

  • Identifying the signs of perinatal distress and anxiety 

  • Coping strategies to manage stress and overwhelm 

  • Promoting positive bonding with your baby 

  • Understanding the impact of hormones on emotions 

  • Cultivation mindfulness and relaxation techniques 

  • Nurturing self-compassion and self-care practices 

  • Building a strong support network and seeking help when needed 

This class is a space for you to be seen and heard. Throughout the class, you will have the opportunity to engage in open discussions and learn from evidence-based information. The aim of this class is to support and equip you with the knowledge and resources to embrace your motherhood journey with confidence and grace.
