Labour Stages 1 to 3:

  • Identifying Signs of Labour: Guidance on recognising the onset of labor and understanding the signs.
  • Stages of Labour: Detailed insights into each stage, including what to expect and how to navigate through them.
  • Hospital Arrival: When to head to the hospital, coordinating with your Lead Maternity Carer (LMC), and what to do if you're delivering in a hospital setting.
  • Special Scenarios: Managing situations such as breech or posterior positioning, interventions like ventouse, forceps, and c-sections.
  • The Golden Hour: Exploring the crucial first hour after birth, covering initial procedures for your baby and the significance of skin-to-skin contact.

We also explore topics such as newborn sleep patterns, effective layering, and establishing a daily routine for better sleep management.
