Prenatal Pelvic Flow is a free, expert-led 4-week programme for pregnant mums in New Zealand. Combining pelvic health education with safe, pregnancy-specific movement, it helps you understand your changing body and build the foundations for a more confident pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery. 

Meet Your Instructors 

  

Prenatal Pelvic Flow is guided by Brooke and Laura, bringing together expert fitness and physiotherapy support in one truly holistic programme. 

Brooke has over 20 years of experience in pre and postnatal fitness and is passionate about helping women move safely, build strength, and feel strong throughout their motherhood journey. 

Alongside her, Laura, a Women’s Health Physiotherapist, provides practical, evidence-based guidance to support pelvic health, core function, and confident movement during pregnancy. 

Together, they create a warm, welcoming space where every question is welcome and nothing feels rushed. 

What You’ll Learn 

Over four weeks, you’ll learn how to work with your body during pregnancy through a combination of education and progressive movement. Each session builds gently on the last, helping you develop greater awareness, strength, and confidence as your body changes.

You’ll be guided through simple, effective exercises alongside practical education on:

  • Pelvic floor function during pregnancy
  • Core connection and support
  • Breathing techniques and posture
  • Safe, functional movement patterns for pregnancy

With a strong focus on technique and understanding, you’ll learn not just what to do, but why it matters. That’s what gives you the confidence to move well throughout pregnancy and prepare your body for birth.
