" Will be hard to find the right words to explain the benefit of the course - having such limited female support in my life I will never forget the feeling of first sharing with this group and feeling like I’d found my safety net. You, of course, were such a ginormous part of that and I will never be able to thank you for the support, wisdom and encouragement you gave." - Kate
"I really enjoyed this course as we were in the thick of being new parents and I personally felt like there were so many challenges going on, being home bound was one of them as covid was prevalent and we didn't want our precious newborns exposed to it so meeting other mums was hard. I initially thought a course like this online wouldn't be that beneficial but Liora did a great job at facilitating it and everyone felt comfortable enough to share/open up and we could all relate to one another about all the newborn challenges we were all facing whether that was sleep, difficulty with the other half, trying to have 30 mins of me time a day (that one was tough and definitely something I wasn't good at doing). All in all, it was a great course and I really benefited from it and believe other new parents would too!" - Truong
