Postnatal Pelvic Flow is a free, expert-led 4-week programme for New Zealand mums recovering after birth. Combining pelvic health education with safe, progressive movement, it supports your postnatal recovery while helping you regain confidence in the way you move and feel. 

Whether you’re newly postpartum or months (or even years) into motherhood, Postnatal Pelvic Flow provides a safe and structured pathway back to movement. Babies are welcome to attend with you. 

Meet Your Instructors 

Postnatal Pelvic Flow is guided by Brooke and Laura, bringing together expert fitness and physiotherapy support in one truly holistic programme. 

Brooke has over 20 years of experience in pre and postnatal fitness and is passionate about helping women rebuild strength safely while feeling strong and in control of their bodies. 

Alongside her, Laura, a Women’s Health Physiotherapist, provides practical, evidence-based guidance to support pelvic health, recovery, and a confident return to movement after birth. 

Together, they create a warm space where you can ask anything and move at your own pace. 

What You’ll Learn 

Over four weeks, you’ll learn how to reconnect with your body through a combination of education and progressive movement designed specifically for the postnatal period. Each session builds gently on the last, helping you restore strength, improve function, and develop confidence in everyday movement. 

You’ll be guided through simple, effective exercises alongside practical education on: 

  • Pelvic floor recovery and function 
  • Core connection and rehabilitation 
  • Breathing and pressure management 
  • Posture, movement patterns, and safe exercise progression 

With a strong focus on technique and understanding, you’ll learn not just what to do, but why it matters. That’s what gives you the knowledge and confidence to support your recovery and build long-term strength.
