Are you looking for a safe and supportive space to talk through your feeding journey?
Whether you’re navigating breastfeeding for the first time, seeking reassurance, or simply wanting a place to ask questions and share experiences, our drop-in sessions are here for you. Come as you are, no pressure, no set agenda, just practical guidance, encouragement, and connection with others who understand.
This is a chance to meet with others who understand the joys and challenges of feeding and caring for a baby, offering both community and reassurance.

Each session is guided by Parenting Educator and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) Liora Noy, who brings a wealth of expertise and gentle guidance. Whether you’re navigating breastfeeding, bottle feeding, expressing, or combination feeding, you’ll find practical help and compassionate support here.
These sessions are also a space to talk through the many other challenges of early parenthood, from sleep and settling, to adjusting emotionally, to building confidence in your own parenting journey. Drop in as you are, bring your questions, and know you’re not alone.
